Because our items are made-to-order through our print partner:

• Processing usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.
• During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is printed and shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

United States (Mainland):

• Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days

U.S. Territories & Pacific Islands (e.g., Guam, CNMI, Hawai’i)

• Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

International Orders:

• Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days
• Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Wolana Lifestyle is not responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Packages delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Wrong Address Policy

If you entered the wrong address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After your item goes into production, we cannot make changes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipping costs.

Made-to-Order Notice

All items are made specifically for you, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
