Wolana Lifestyle Refund Policy

At Wolana Lifestyle, every item is made specially for you. Because all products are made-to-order, we do not keep inventory or accept return shipments. For this reason, we can only offer refunds or replacements in specific situations listed below.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

All Sales Are Final

Since each item is created after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Preference differences (fit, feel, color tone, etc.)

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives with an issue, we’re here to help.

You may request a free replacement or refund if your item is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • The wrong item

Timeframe:

You must submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your order.

What to include:

Email us at shopwolanalifestyle@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but doesn’t arrive, or if tracking stops moving:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will investigate and send a replacement or refund if applicable.

Note: If the address entered at checkout was incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing the order.

Cancellations or Order Changes

Because items enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
