Can i return or exchange an item?
Exchanges and refunds are only available for:
- Damaged, defective, or misinterpreted items (submit claim within 30 days of delivery with photos)
- Packages lost in transit (submit within 30 days of the estimated delivery date)
Once claim is verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
